BICYCLE ROAD EXTENSION: BCS Inc. office-bearers walked along the foreshore route in 2007-09 with each of the above parliamentarians, to show why Bayside Council and BCS Inc. want the Department of Sustainability and Environment and VicRoads to work together to save the foreshore reserve by having VicRoads extend the 2-lane motor traffic Safety Section of Beach Rd to make room for the bicycle road on Beach Rd.

The Concourse Bushland is Council land on Reserve Road

just north of the Concourse. Its inappropriate Business 1 Zoning should be

Public Park and Recreation Zone, consistent with the Concourse Green..
