The Concourse Bushland in 2006, above, is the existing lot of Council-owned land bordered by Agnes Street, Reserve Road and Moysey's Run.
Its present inappropriate Business 1 Zoning should be altered to Public Park and Recreation Zone, consistent with the nearby Concourse Green.
