The existing quarter hectare (2,625 mē) Concourse Green public open space land (85.5 x 30.7 metres) at Beaumaris with its 58 Australian native trees.
This public heritage was being targetted for the central tenth of it to be alienated for a concrete skateboard ramp. Its new zoning does not prevent that.
