All 58 trees are Australian native trees planted by the former Sandringham City Council. Asterisks and shading denote genera* and species* indigenous to Beaumaris. Nearly 90% of the trees belong to genera that are indigenous to Beaumaris.

The 2,625 m² Concourse Green public open space land (85.5 x 30.7 metres) at Beaumaris Concourse is public heritage that was being targeted for the central tenth of it to be alienated for a concrete skateboard ramp. A petition of 1,140 signatures to Bayside City Council, and only 12% support in a Council survey of three proposed sites cooled Council’s enthusiasm, but the site is still under consideration. Its new zoning does not prevent this.
