TREASURER'S REPORT - Balance in hand    £38-15-4

GENERAL BUSINESS WAIL TRIP. Mr (Maurice) Wilson was informed that Mrs Rodger and Mrs Russell would be going up to Wail also Mr (Colin) Macrae. 
Handbills - Mrs Lightfoot and the Committee will put out the remainder of the handbills. 
GLASS JARS ETC. - Members are requested to bring what they could for flower containers. 
SCREEN - One required for Mr Swaby at the Flower Show 
MASONITE NOTICE BOARDS FOR STREETS - Where are they? Members to try to find them. 
LOCAL PLANTS - Mrs Rodger & Mrs Hickey to collect what they can for the Beaumaris Scene at Show. 
SELLING OF LOCAL PLANTS - Secretary to write to POLICE HQ. Russell St. regarding police assistance during Show. Mr (Edward) Hassett to organize the control with members to assist him. 
REV. COUNTER for CHECKING CROWD AT SHOW - To be borrowed from Mr Feeley 
POTTERY & FLOWER PICTURES - Mrs Lightfoot to be there on Saturday 1-5 P.M. 
TRESTLES  Mrs (Edith [Bea]) Hosking has this matter in hand. 
MRS ORCHARD - To organize the food & drink for the famished Committee and to be assisted by Mrs (Anne) Forbes & Mrs Leicester. 
CUT FLOWERS FROM BEAUMARIS GARDENS  Members to get what they can from friends. 
WATERING & ARRANGING of Flower Specimens to be organized by telephone by Mrs (Sheila) Ridland. 
PRINTING OF CARDS  Mr Scott to have a table in the hall supplied by Mrs. Lightfoot. 
MR RILEY  offered embroidered cloths for exhibition.
