Report		 The Treasurer presented a statement of Receipts & Expenditure for the year showing a Cr Balance of £136/-/8

David G Stead Memorial Wild Life Research Foundation of Australia - requesting support in distributing literature and publicise their aims. 
Wild Life Preservation Society of Queensland requesting articles for publication in their magazine "Wildlife"

Chairman's 
Report		 Mr (William) Elliott read the President's Annual Report. He outlined the Society's activities for the year which embraced the Foreshore and Gramatan Avenue Sanctuary. Finally he thanked the Secretary and Committee members for their assistance during the year.

Business		 Resolved that letter be written to David G Stead Memorial Wild Life Research Foundation of Australia informing them of our interest and requesting more leaflets for distribution and our endeavour to publicize their aims locally. 
Moved Mr (Edward) Hassett seconded Mrs (Catherine) Carroll that we hold Committee meetings in the Community Centre in 1964. 
 
Plant Show Moved Mr (Maurice) Wilson that we hold a Plant Show in October 1964. Seconded Mr Flood. 
 
Next 
meeting		 The next meeting to be held at the Community Centre on 3rd February. 

As there was no further business the meeting closed at 9:15. 

Films on WA by courtesy of the West Australian Tourist Bureau were screened by Mr Macleod of the Beaumaris Film Society, and enjoyed by all.
